Another challenge for the interior lighting is the abundance of daylight
streaming through the windows of the F&B area. Instead of “rivalling”
the sunlight by increasing the amount of artifi cial lighting,
the goal Is to avoid having a sudden change in the perception of the
light (from the sunny outdoors to the darkness of the interior) when
one enters the hotel.
Tuneable downlights are used to be emit cold light (4200K) in the
day and warm light (2700K – 3000K)after 6:30pm.After 9pm is 2500K.
